Rome Dive Team -  The Town of Rome Dive Team was established in the Fall of 2003. -  All equipment for the dive team was purchased with donated funds. -  The dive team trains in area lakes at least once a month. There are five active members on the dive team. Three of the members are Rome Police Officers and two are Rome Firefighters. Members include: Police Patrol Chief Grosz, Police Patrol Officer Lauby, Police Patrol Officer Stashek, and Firefighter Captain Tom Stojak.
